Payment Terms for Dubai Future

At Dubai Future, we aim to make your shopping experience convenient and secure. Below are the payment terms that guide our transactions:

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash: We accept cash payments at all our store locations.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, are accepted.
  • UPI Payments: We accept UPI-based payments through platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
  • Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers are accepted for larger purchases. Please contact our customer service for bank details.
  • EMI Options: Easy monthly installment (EMI) options are available on select credit cards. Terms and conditions apply.

2. Payment Timing

  • Immediate Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of purchase for all in-store transactions.
  • Online Orders: For online orders, payment must be completed before the order is processed. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
  • Pre-Orders: For pre-ordered items, a minimum deposit of 25% is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped or picked up.

3. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Secure Transactions: We use industry-standard encryption to ensure that your payment information is secure.
  • Fraud Monitoring: Transactions may be subject to verification by our fraud prevention team. In some cases, additional documentation may be required to confirm the purchase.

4. Payment Issues

  • Declined Payments: If your payment is declined, please check with your bank or card issuer. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • Failed Transactions: If a payment fails due to technical issues, please try again or choose a different payment method. If the amount has been deducted from your account without confirmation, please contact us immediately.

5. Refunds & Credits

  • Refund Processing: Refunds for returned items will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Store Credits: In certain cases, such as exchanges or partial refunds, store credits may be issued. These credits can be used for future purchases and are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

6. Payment Disputes

  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the transaction. We will work with you and the payment processor to resolve the issue.
  • Chargebacks: Unresolved disputes may lead to chargebacks. Please be aware that unwarranted chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases from Dubai Future.

7. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discount Codes: Promotional codes must be applied at checkout to receive the discount. Only one code may be used per transaction.
  • EMI Promotions: Special EMI offers may be available during promotional periods. Please check with our sales team for eligibility and terms.
